These terms apply to all purchases from USA Biotech Labs (“we”, “us”) through usabiotechlabs.com. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Research Use Only Agreement and Shipping Policy.
All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and development only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances.
Purchasers confirm they are qualified researchers or institutions with the training, facilities and authorization required to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price in effect at checkout applies to your order. Payment is due at the time of order unless net terms have been agreed in writing for wholesale accounts.
Because these are research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or cancel or modify orders once placed, except as required by law or under our purity-match guarantee.
If an independent laboratory measures a lot below the purity stated on its Certificate of Analysis, we will refund or replace the order. Claims require the laboratory report and lot number and must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which USA Biotech Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
