In-stock orders are processed and dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email when the shipping label is created.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. Orders over $250 ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout.
All orders ship in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging. Products are supplied as a lyophilized, shelf-stable powder and do not require cold-chain shipping.
Tracking is provided on every order. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will look into it.
If an independent laboratory measures a lot below the purity stated on its Certificate of Analysis, we will refund or replace the order in full. Send the lab report and lot number to start a claim.
