Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, email, shipping address, and order details. Our site may also use standard analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage.

How we use it

• Processing and shipping orders, including sending transactional emails (confirmations and tracking).
• Responding to support, COA and wholesale enquiries.
• Sending marketing emails only where you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Meeting legal, safety and record-keeping obligations for research-chemical sales.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by our payment provider.

Sharing

We share information only with the services required to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers and email delivery providers, each bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Order records required for legal compliance may be retained.
